Known for revitalizing underperforming security initiatives, he has led global vulnerability management operations across 66 countries, architected enterprise threat-modeling frameworks for 1,100+ applications at Capital One, and driven PCI and cloud-security modernization efforts across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments. Noah combines deep technical expertise in vulnerability management, STRIDE threat modeling, automation, and secure SDLC with a coaching-oriented leadership style that elevates teams and strengthens cyber-risk decision-making at the executive level. Today, he leads Potterfield IT Solutions, helping organizations build resilient, scalable, and secure-by-design cyber programs.
